This project required some underpinning to the rear of the property before installing a slab for a raised patio, after which, we excavated and poured footings, shuttering around existing drainage.

Underpinning
Two pads were excavated under the rear of the property to add stability for upcoming works.

We installed the concrete slab for a raised patio to gain level access from the new bifold doors.

Services exposed and new drainage left ready to complete.
